He was released after it became clear that the woman was his mut‘a wife. The Trade Association of bazaar representatives visited the Cabinet and discussed the issue of the Bakhtiyari man and another incident near a pistachio garden. Sardar As‘ad confirms the man’s innocence, and refutes the pistachio garden incident altogether.

Including 1- a petition by Rahil to Mushir al-Dawlah, regarding the murder of her husband, Haq Nazar, a Jewish doctor in Kurdistan. She claims the murderers were hired by Ishaq, another Jewish doctor; 2- a telegraph from Muhammad Yusuf from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, regarding the murder of Haq Nazar by Fattah, son of ‘Abd al-Rahman, Ma‘ruf, and another person -- all Ottoman nationals.
